In the case of the Kingmaker compilation disc, do not make the mistake of copying the installers to your hard drive then installing them from there as this somehow changes them into functioning like the download versions. You can still play Kingmaker, ShadowGuard and Witch's Wake if you have either the Diamond Edition of NeverWinter Nights or bought the disc with the Kingmaker compilation. Unfortunately as of July 1st, the download versions of the premium modules no longer work even with changes to the host file and will just hang indefinately at the "Play Demo / Cancel" Screen.
